Secondly, it allows the veneers to lie flush with the rest of your teeth.

Veneers are highly durable. They can last for more than 10 years if you look after them carefully – absolutely no bottle opening with your veneered teeth. Your veneers can’t decay, but you can get gum disease around the edges of them if you don’t remove plaque, so it’s a good idea to come for twice yearly appointments with the hygienist here.
